OPTICAL FEATURES
FIRST FOCAL PLANE
FFP stands for First Focal Plane. The term refers to the position of the scope reticle in relation to the magnification lens. In FFP scopes, the reticle is located to the front of the magnification lens - the first focal plane. The size of the reticle grows or shrinks in relation to the magnification.

XERES™ FULL MULTI-COATED LENS
All Alpha and G3 FFP scopes come with our unique formulation of lens coating to reduce glare and increase light transmission. This allows for sharper contrast and increased color fidelity. The coating also helps to prevent scratches on the lens.

TYPE-H RETICLE
The GA41644 Scope is equipped with a Type-H reticle designed with set hashmarks for estimating distance and for holdover correction. 1 MOA (Minute of Angle) = approx. 1 inch @ 100 yards away.
