The following rules (referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) form the basis of participation in the Monstrum Bullet Point Program. Your participation in this Program will be governed by these Terms and Conditions. You also agree to provide personal information in exchange for participation in the Monstrum Bullet Point Program. It is your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions so that you understand the Program’s rules and benefits and your responsibilities under the Program. Your enrollment as a member of the Monstrum Bullet Point Program and/or your use of your Monstrum Bullet Point Program constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of, and agreement to the Program’s Terms and Conditions.
Only individual persons are eligible for Monstrum Bullet Point Program membership; corporations or other entities cannot become Monstrum Bullet Point Program members. All eligible individuals may generally enroll in the Monstrum Bullet Point Program, including immediate family members of Monstrum employees and individuals who reside in the same household as Monstrum employees subject to certain restrictions involving wagering and participation in certain promotions. Each Monstrum Bullet Point Program member is responsible for complying with applicable laws. If participating in the Program would result in a member violating any law, rule, regulation, or order, then the member is ineligible to participate.
Except as permitted by these Terms and Conditions, a member may not transfer, sell, purchase, trade or barter a Monstrum user account, Monstrum Bullet Point Program account, Monstrum Bullet Point Program Points, or any membership benefit to another individual. Violators of this rule are subject to termination of Monstrum Bullet Point Program membership and forfeiture of rewards including, but not limited to, accumulated Monstrum Bullet Point Program Points, Tier Credits and/or benefits, and may be liable for damages and litigation costs, including any Program attorneys’ fees incurred in enforcing this rule.
Violation of the terms and conditions of the Monstrum Bullet Point Program, including fraud, misrepresentation, misuse of a Monstrum Bullet Point Program account to manipulate accumulation of rewards or misuse of Monstrum loyalty balances in any way will result in termination of Monstrum Bullet Point Program membership, suspension of account, forfeiture of all of the member’s benefits and/or appropriate administrative and/or legal action by Monstrum or applicable governmental authorities. In addition, Monstrum reserves the rights to take appropriate legal action to recover damages, including its attorneys’ fees incurred in prosecuting or defending any lawsuit related hereto.
Monstrum Bullet Point Program members acknowledge and agree that Monstrum Bullet Point Program membership and its benefits are provided at the discretion of management. Management reserves the right to unilaterally change, amend, suspend, cancel or terminate any aspect of the Monstrum Bullet Point Program, its benefits and/or its Terms and Conditions in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice for any or no reason. This means that management in its sole discretion may at any time, among other things, (1) amend, modify or withdraw any of the Monstrum Bullet Point Program Terms and Conditions, (2) cancel, revoke, forfeit or change any member’s membership status, Monstrum Bullet Points Program benefits and/or promotions, (3) change the value of accumulated for Monstrum Bullet Points or benefits, (4) adjust Monstrum Bullet Points and/or otherwise restrict the continued availability of awards, benefits, special offers or promotions, and/or (5) forfeit any Monstrum Rewards loyalty balances not yet redeemed for reasons management deems appropriate. Management may make one or more of these changes at any time even though such changes may affect a member’s comps, Monstrum Bullet Points or receive accrued benefits.
