Returns & Warranty


We are making things simple.

Monstrum now offers a lifetime warranty on all our products. If your product fails you in any way, contact us with your order number. We will either fix it or send you a replacement of equal or greater value.

Lifetime warranty valid on:

  • New condition products purchased directly from Monstrum and accompanied by an valid order number or from an Official Monstrum Dealer and a receipt.
  • Does not cover cosmetic damage that does not affect the function of the product.
  • Does not cover products that have been intentionally damaged or disassembled.
  • Customer will be responsible for return postage.

To start a warranty claim, locate your order number and contact our customer service department. 


Warranty Registration

Registering your warranty guarantees your product for replacement/repair service and records off-site purchases with Monstrum. Fill out the form completely (skip store info if purchased online) and check your email to finish the registration.



Returns can be made within 30 days of your purchase. Just head over to your account and select the item you would like to return. You will receive an email with detailed instructions once your return has been approved. Anything past 30 days will be considered warranty replacements and refunds will not be given.
