WE ARE MAKING THINGS SIMPLE.
Monstrum now offers a lifetime warranty on all our products. If your product fails you in any way, contact us with your order number. We will either fix it (If possible) or send you a replacement of equal or greater value. If a model has been discontinued and no direct replacement is available, you will be given a choice of replacements of equal value.
Lifetime Warranty Terms:
- New products purchased directly from Monstrum or from an Official Monstrum Dealer.
- Does not cover cosmetic damage that does not affect the function of the product.
- Does not cover products that have been intentionally damaged or disassembled.
- Customer will be responsible for return postage.
- Note: Discontinued scopes purchased before 2020 do not fall under the current lifetime warranty.
To start a warranty claim, locate your order number/receipt and contact our Customer Service Department.
WARRANTY REGISTRATION
Registering your warranty guarantees your product for replacement/repair service and records off-site purchases with Monstrum. Fill out the form completely (skip store info if purchased online) and check your email to finish the registration.
RETURNS
Returns can be made within 30 days of your purchase. Just log into your account, click on Orders and select the item you would like to return. You will receive an email with detailed instructions once your return has been approved. Anything past 30 days will be considered warranty replacements and ineligible for a refund.
