USPS CHRISTMAS SHIPPING DELAYS
There is currently gridlock in many USPS sorting facilities delaying a tremendous amount of packages. While the backlog is mostly affecting the Midwest, shipping to most locations are taking on average an extra 2-10 business days. While we ship out most orders same day, there is nothing we can currently do to reduce the shipping time. Your tracking may show the package as being stuck in a distribution facility for many days. This is expected for now and once the backlog has been cleared your item will continue on to it's destination. We can not cancel or refund orders that have already been shipped until you have received it and shipped it back. The 30 day return policy will be extended to 30 days after your package is marked as delivered. We apologize for the delays and inconvenience and completely understand the frustration this news will bring.
