Mounting a Red Dot Magnifier Combo - Step by Step Walkthrough

How to set up your red dot magnifier combo
1. Find your optimal head placement on the rifle. Your optic will be mounted relative to the position of your eye.
2. Mount your magnifier. Your magnifier has between 3 to 3.5 inches of eye relief. Position the magnifier on your mounting platform approximately 3 inches in front of your shooting eye, confirming you have a clear and complete sight picture
3. Mount your red dot. Red dot should be positioned approximately half an inch in front of the magnifier.
4. With the magnifier flipped to the side, sight in your red dot.
5. Flip the magnifier back into place. The windage and elevation adjustments on the magnifier need to be adjusted to center the red dot within the sight picture of the magnifier. If the red dot is not centered within your sight picture, it will appear distorted and out of focus.
6. Adjust the diopter at the end of the magnifier eye piece to bring the red dot into sharpest focus.
Quick Tips
Note the recommended torque specs for mounting both magnifier and red dot is 18 in-lbs. We recommend using blue thread locker for install.
